Hey! This is where I tell you
my story.

Theodorem.Design is the culmination of a long and winding road that I thought would be fairly quick and uncomplicated when I set out in 2004. My name is Theodore McFarland, and I know that the road goes far beyond Theodorem.Design. I often forget that I go by Theodore, and respond easily to “Ted.” I’m passionate about marriage in general, and mine specifically. My Bride is one of the all-time greatest gifts The Lord has given me. As a business owner, I can promise that I will pursue an honest working relationship with you and your business, because that is integral to who I am as a follower of Jesus Christ. I’m a father to two beautiful children of our own - one of whom I don’t get to parent in this life - and am passionate about standing in the gap for other children and young adults who need more fathering.

I grew up in Southern California, but am proud to be a Kansan now, and even more proud to be from Wichita, where I have lived and worked since 2016. I’m a staunch defender of the United States and her Constitution. I love this nation and the freedoms too many delight in giving away. I believe that to make peace is to be brave enough to go through conflict when necessary, and that keeping the peace is how we lose everything that matters.
On a darker note; coffee. I love coffee. I worked at coffee shops on-and-off for 10 years, and while Starbucks does a lot of things right, black coffee is not one of them. I nerd out deeply, when it comes to pourover coffee methods, techniques, recipes, origins, grinds… okay, I nerd out about a lot of stuff; but that just means that you and I are absolutely going to find something to bond over as we work together to make your business more successful!
